Hi, I’m Kelsey!

I’ve always been passionate about movement and fitness, starting with a wide range of sports in school and later falling in love with running during my university years. Over time, I expanded into HIIT, weight training, and most recently, Pilates.

When I’m not training, you’ll find me cooking, baking, hosting dinner parties, hiking, or indulging in copious amounts of coffee and chocolate. My husband and I are currently based in Japan, which has been an amazing place to explore and enjoy outdoor adventures (that’s me on the right at the top of Mount Hōman!).

As a Certified Personal Trainer with a Women’s Fitness Specialisation from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, my mission is to help people embrace movement for the joy and health benefits it brings. While aesthetic improvements can be a nice perk, they’re not my focus. I’m here to support everyone—whether you’re a busy mom fitting in quick home workouts, a grandmother staying active to enjoy time with your grandkids, an everyday person looking to move more, or someone navigating the changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause. No matter your life stage, I’m here to guide you in finding movement that supports your well-being.
